Instant Game Changer! I am new to desk work and do not wear glasses or contacts. I was feeling fatigued and just run down. I described what I was feeling to a friend who said what I was experiencing was called “computer fatigue.” I then spoke with a coworker who told me about blue light glasses she put in each of her kids stockings one year.
